Lanta Wild Beach Resort at 30/1 Moo 2 in Saladan offers a basic beach stay around Khlong Khong. The appeal is the setting and family atmosphere, rather than an extensive resort complex. Plan the room and shoreline together if swimming directly outside is a priority.
The catalogue puts the beach first
The supplied photograph taken from the water shows accommodation and trees immediately behind the sand. The second image focuses on long-tail boats near shore at sunset. These views explain the waterside appeal, while revealing little about the bathroom or furnishings of a particular room.
The listing includes air-conditioned rooms with refrigerators and outdoor patio areas. Confirm the actual category and its position rather than assuming every hut or room offers the same beachfront outlook.
Recent guests valued a straightforward stay
JP234’s February 2026 family visit described rustic, basic but clean and comfortable beachfront accommodation, with a family atmosphere. Alice P’s March 2026 couple stay found the bedroom large and staff welcoming, but the bathroom small.
Lisa’s December 2019 couple account liked the staff and food while describing a rocky beach and tiring walks through soft sand to other bars and restaurants. That older account is useful historical context, not a current measurement of every route.
A beach position needs a tide check
Ask what the shore is like at the time of your visit and how to reach alternative swimming spots or restaurants. The sunset photographs should not be read as evidence of sandy swimming access at every tide.
